An application is required from each adult to reside in the dwelling.

Cosigners

If an applicant cannot meet the income requirements, a cosigner application is also required. Cosigners will also sign an addendum to the Rental Agreement.

Applications should be mailed or hand-delivered to (the mail box is at 6120 Pedernal St, 206 is on the box.)

To speed up applying for people out of town, applications may be faxed to with follow-up by mail.

Applications may also be e-mailed as attachments, either as scanned images or as word processor documents. If the application forms in web format (HTML) cannot easily be loaded into your word processor, they are also available in Microsoft Word format: right-click on the link application or cosigner application and save the file (target) to your disk, then open it and fill it in in your word processor.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and have FrontPage Express installed, you can edit the application form by selecting Edit from the File menu or by clicking on the FrontPage Express icon on the toolbar (if present.) A similar option is available with Netscape browsers.
