Agreement (Addendum to Rental Agreement) This Agreement is attached to and forms a part of the Rental Agreement between ___________, Landlord, and ______________________, Tenants, which is dated ___________ and is for the premises at 229 Winchester Drive, Goleta, California My name is ____________________________________. I.am cosigner for ____________________________________. I have completed a Rental Application for the express purpose of enabling Landlord to check my credit. I have no intention of occupying the dwelling referred to in the Rental Agreement. I have read the Rental Agreement referred to above, and I promise to guarantee the Tenants' compliance with the financial obligations of that Agreement.
